Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 cabbage leaves
  • 2 scallions
  • 340g pork belly
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 packets yakisoba noodles
  • Ground black pepper
  • 8 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 8 teaspoons ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

Method

Step 1

When making yakisoba start by making the sauce. In order to do this simply start by combining the Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and sugar. Mix all the ingredients until they form a nice sauce which you will later use.
