For this method the first step is to add the sauce you want to use for your zoodles in a microwave safe dish or bowl and place it in the microwave for about one minute on medium heat, stir the sauce until it becomes thick. When the sauce is thick and you are sure it is done pour the sauce into the zoodles and toss until the zoodles are evenly coated. Place the bowl that contains zoodles and sauce in the microwave and reheat the zoodles for about 30 seconds, when the zoodles are perfectly reheated you can serve they with grated parmesan cheese.

Reheat zoodles with microwave using a glass of water

This is also another method of reheating your zoodles using a microwave. The first step is to place the zoodles in a microwave safe bowl then add a splash of water. The next step is to cover the microwave safe bowl with a damp cloth or dish towel so that when reheating the zoodles the microwave does not absorb all the moisture from the zoodles, you wouldn’t want soggy zoodles anyway.  Microwave the zoodles on medium heat for about 1 minute, you can also stir the zoodles to check if they have reheated.
